These are the same popular LED Hexagon Lights that we've been selling for years, but now with circuitry allowing for 30% light or 60% light or 100% light. You still wire these to a regular wall switch that only goes on and off (not a dimmer switch!), but when you flip the switch on the first time they will be at 30% light. Flip off and on again and they will be at 60% light. Flip it off and on again and you'll get the full power 100% light.
