This Gray Double Toggle Fulcrum Light Switch Plate cover is completely functional. Both handles move the rack, motioning the toggle on or off. This light switch cover goes over any standardized double toggle light switch and installs over the existing plastic cover using the existing screws to fasten to the wall. Now you can turn your lights on with creativity!
