I have a 14 x 21 foot attic in my new detached garage. But I found it a bit scary sweeping and painting up there without a railing around the stairway opening. The Versa Rail provides safety railing and the assist for entering and exiting the attic. I really like this product. It is well made and much nicer than any homemade wooden railing.
