We do not currently ship outside the US.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however there may be additional shipping fees. If you place an order with a shipping address located in Alaska or Hawaii, your order will be placed on hold until we can verify if additional shipping costs are necessary. If there are additional shipping costs, we will contact you giving you the option to pay the additional shipping costs or cancel the order.
You should have received an order confirmation email which includes estimated shipping dates specific to each item in your order. Additionally, if we receive more specific information about when your order will ship, we will send another email with updated information regarding shipping dates. Once your order has shipped, we will send another email with a tracking number.
For items which are shipped US mail, Fedex or UPS, please send an email to with a description of the problem and include a photo of the issue. Each situation is different and will be evaluated at the time we are notified of the issue. We always try to resolve these types of problems quickly and with a solution that is satisfactory to our customers. Not all items that we sell can be returned. The product description will specify if the item cannot be returned. Custom orders can not be returned. We will need to know some measurements of the space and what you are looking for. For example, do you want six extra tall dark blue closets or 3 upper cabinets and 2 lower ones that fit in along an 8 foot wall. Once we have some ideas of what you want, we can get started on a 3D drawing, which we provide to you in order to finalize the layout. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can accept payment via check as well, however we will not proceed with the order, until the check has cleared. Please contact us at if you would like to pay with a check. We do NOT extend any credit terms for purchase orders. All orders must be paid for in full when they are placed.
Typically when a credit card is declined on the website, it is because of a fraud alert. You can call your credit card provider and let them know that you are trying to purchase something from Car Guy Garage, Inc. and to allow the charge. Additionally, if you request an alternate address to "Ship to" other than the address that is entered for "Bill to" your credit card company issuing bank may require that the "Ship to" address be on file with the bank. Please contact your credit card company to have them put on file your alternate address and try the order again. Call us during business hours at 800-736-9308 for any additional assistance.
Shipping is included in the cost of the item. There are no additional shipping charges added to the order at the time of checkout. Sales tax is only collected on orders in Illinois.

If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we can cancel the order without charging a cancellation fee. Items which have already shipped cannot be canceled. Any non-custom order canceled after the 30 minute period is subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee for each item that is canceled. Typically if we are able to cancel the order with the warehouse before it has been shipped, the fee will be waived. Custom orders can not be canceled or exchanged.
Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. Your item will ship as soon as possible. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We offer one coupon for a 3 percent discount. Enter HORSEPOWER in the coupon field during checkout to receive the discount. We do not offer any other discounts or coupons at this time.
