These 120" long 1.75" thick industrial Maple Butcher Block Countertops offer a solid wood countertop that combines function and decor. The edges are slighty curved with a 3/16" radius edge on the top and bottom edges. Industrial butcher block typically has more pieces of wood per band, giving it a beautiful look while being very durable perfect for use as workbenches, in kitchens, or furniture. The lean straight grained look of maple will help blend and compliment home or garage decor while the solid wood block offers a versatile and long lasting work surface. This butcher block countertop comes standard with a tough acrylic coating that provides protection against alcohol, bleach, and paint thinners. The acrylic coating is a proprietary urethane-based satin finish. It is food-safe , resistant to stains and most solvents, and cleans up easily with warm soapy water. Stubborn spills or stains can be removed with nail polish remover. The coating also resists marring, is moisture resistant, and meets the requirements of the KCMA (Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing Association).
