Ordered a cast aluminum plaque for Father's Day (I was pretty good about getting it ordered early this year, as I live in Canada and due to covid-19 was anticipating a lengthier delivery process). Can't think of a bad thing about this experience, so I'll share some amazing ones:
a) item was initially set up to arrive a day after father's day (about 30 days)....during these times, I understood, my fault. CAME TWO WEEKS EARLY!
b) I had questions about duty/taxes from ordering across border, Jim assisted in that
c) After I had ordered, I received an email about a discount (I'm guessing a cookie that automatically gets sent because I had closed browser with my order still in there). I emailed Jim asking if he would still honour the discount, and low and behold, he does!
d) The plaque is BEAUTIFUL also...
