I have a garage that's heated & stores a lot of stuff. Water on the concrete floor was not good. New England winter - the ice &!snow from my car went over the ridge. I cannot let that evaporate in the building -I thought the ridge was higher & the mat part somewhat absorbent. Do you have a better solution?

Review Title: Pleased With Containment Mat

The containment mat collects water and road treatment debris the city uses to treat roads during the winter months as advertised. (City doesn’t permit use of salt only). I purchased this house in the fall of 2025 and couldn’t resurface the floor and open a drain before the winter set in. I needed to do something in the short term to prevent the condition of the floor from deteriorating more. In addition to being satisfied with the two mats I purchased, I appreciate that a squeegee was included with the purchase of the product.

The mat is working great. We got our first snow fall and parked in the garage. The mat held all the melted snow. The edges are foam filled and collapsed as driven over, so some water got away. We used a shop vac to clean up the filled mat. We got the small size for our RAV4, it's perfect.
So far, we love it!
