I have a 14 x 21 foot attic in my new detached garage. But I found it a bit scary sweeping and painting up there without a railing around the stairway opening. I initially struggled with the cost of this product but ordered it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and we installed it. The materials and construction are excellent, top quality. Installation was fairly easy and it has made using the attic stairs so much safer. I would definitely recommend it!
