By participating in the Car Guy Garage affiliate program, you agree to use the program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to be an affiliate. We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate program registration in our sole and absolute discretion.
As of April, 2020, we are offering a 10 percent commission on affiliate sales. After you sign up and are approved for an affiliate account, all you have to do is login to your account and click on Custom Affiliate Tracking Code. You will be provided with a custom URL for our homepage and a way to generate a custom URL to any specific product page on our site. Place the custom affiliate link on your website, marketing emails or social media channels. When a person clicks on your affiliate link, a cookie is automatically set on their computer or mobile device. This cookie stays valid for a period of 30 days. If the person purchases anything within 30 days, you will receive a 10 percent commission on the sale. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them and pay out commissions on that person's activity.
Commissioned sales can be viewed, when you login to the My Account area and click on Your Transactions. Commission sales will appear when the order is placed. However, commission payouts are only available once the entire order has shipped. Some products are made after they are ordered and may take several weeks to ship out. Accumulated funds will be paid out upon request. Payments can be made by check or Paypal. Please contact us to initiate payment.
Fraudulent transactions will not earn commission. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. Paid ads straight to our website (carguygarage.com) via your affiliate link are not allowed. Abuse, gaming the system or dishonest behavior will get your account banned and any funds collected will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this program at any time.
